I want to be a strong advocate for the workers, but whether you are an employee or employer, or something else, like an "independent contractor," you can benefit from knowledge of your legal rights and pitfalls.
No employment law case is too small --
I will work with you to go through administrative procedures like the California Labor Commissioner.
And no case is too big -- if we have to build a class-action of fellow-workers to collectively sue an employer for what is rightfully yours, I want to do that too.
